We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Business Development associate to reach out to prospective users of the products and services we provide as well as service and grow the clients we have. That person would be making outbound calls, create and manage email blasts, perform marketing campaigns and effectively build our brand. You must have experience in B2B Industrial Sales, preferably in one or more of the following: MRO, products that improve asset performance or reliability, chemicals/lubricants or equipment and machine sales.

One of our priorities is in creating distribution channels who are capable of installing the lubrication systems products for which we hold exclusive marketing and distribution rights in North America. Specifically ILC Centralized Lubrication Systems for which we have branded ReliaMAX.

With ILC/ReliaMAX, you will be searching for new distributors as well as OEM business with a focus on building our brand of automatic lubrication systems. This position is a hunting position and your goal is to set up conference calls and obtain RFQs so our company may quote on new projects. Note you will not just hand off leads, you will be involved in conveying features, benefits and the value proposition we offer.

You will also be involved in the sales of Lubrication Engineers lubricants as well as Asset Reliability Solutions products for which we are the exclusive manufacturer's representative in six New England states. We have represented Lubrication Engineers for over 45 years with 2022 seeing us as the number one sales organization in the United States.

As you can see, there is a lot to do and to be successful; you must be willing to immerse yourself in our business which is very involved, extremely rewarding with career potential in a very unique company. We expect results so come prepared to work hard.

You must be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful and have experience with CRM software which you will be required to use.

Responsibilities:

· Speak directly to engineers, plant managers, production managers and purchasing managers

· Open and develop new opportunities from scratch

· Penetrate markets that take precision, accuracy and both influential and consultative selling

Qualifications for the B2B Inside Sales Representative Position:

· 5+ years’ experience in inside sales

· Experience in the Engineering, Industrial and/or Manufacturing industries-especially with regards to machine maintenance and asset protection

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required

· Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated

· Persuasive communication style, strategic thinking and organization skills required

· Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

· Proficient with using a CRM

· Understanding of marketing and business development, and how sales -- while supported by those two components - is the ultimate resource for any company's growth and future

The starting salary will be based on:

· Industry experience

· Level of experience with small, medium and large companies and the number of personal contacts established

-Experience and value to the organization in email campaigns, social media promotion, direct sales to clients and understanding of our value proposition

· Several levels of assessments by key members of the company

· The candidate’s expectation of sales they believe they can develop
